  3. Thanks, sweetie. A lot of this stuff has been milling about in my head lately, so i might put this on my ipod so it can, you know, literally mill about in my head. It’s also lovely to have something to listen to (especially something with such a cute NZ accent!) while I am in bed with a silly illness that has plonked itself onto me!

  4. I think this is my favourite article! All positivity, with heaps of helpful information and relevant examples and all the references for extra information, it’s so well-written and flows together perfectly – I would pay good money for an article like that.. I don’t even bother buying magazines anymore because I can just read iCiNG!

  10. SOS I’ve downloaded the podcast but it only lasts one second…what’s wrong? has somebody had the same problem as me?

    No, I haven’t had that problem. Did you download it or are you listening to it online?
    If you’re downloading it, maybe you should try again. Or maybe you’re listening to it on the wrong player. If you have iTunes, add in, and listen from there.
    Usually, downloading it never fails, and you can keep it on your computer.

  13. Reading and listening to this article were definitely two separate experiences!

    • Gala, your voice is excellent to listen to. I played this article in the background as I was answering some emails, perusing some clothing shops, and doing my nails. Just the tones are so soothing!

    • BUT, I definitely “heard” things that I didn’t quite “read”. Hearing you say “practice gratitude” was somehow more effective than seeing it on the screen. It prompted me to read those other articles and write several thank-you notes.

    • SO I am so looking forward to hearing more podcasts!

  17. I have been having the most awful week, and the next two weeks are filled with appointments and obligations that I really don’t want to do. I plan on keeping this on my iPod – it really helps when I feel down to put things in perspective. Thank you. :)
