  2. I’m heading off to Japan this summer! Also, I’m graduating from my Pharmacy degree, finally and I’m also publishing my first book. It’s been an insanely busy year, but now I get to relax and enjoy things…with my new bunny ring? Say it’s so.

  5. Embarking on a new journey of style, self discovery and fabulousness with my friends and lovely boyfriend in tow, sipping lattes in art galleries, kissing strangers on the cheek, leaving cupcakes anonymously in peoples bedrooms and sprinkling glitter in seemingly unsparkly places …

  6. Oh, there are so many things! & THAT is excitement within itself yeah yeah!

But the pivotal-point takes its cue from my word-of-the-year, [courtesy of Christine Kane], ACTION!

because from this wee baby, all of the “Oh, there are so many things!” can bloom/happen/rise-&-shine!

I can’t really ask for more – it seems to be just coming to me…..from being AWARE, finding CLARITY & stating my INTENTION [again thanks Christine Kane!]

Addendum: Two-thousand-&-WHEN.....because there just ain’t NO ifs about it!
Thanks Gala for another poetic-YEAR-thread! It really fuels the creativity of us creative souls mwah!

  8. To get on with my future. To ace all of my classes so that I can get out of the home of my parents mental instability and lack of understanding+compassion. To start living my way.

  9. I’m just looking forward to keeping going next year. I feel like i’m on a road making lots of little positive changes to my life and i just want to keep going and not be scared of the future or the unknown. Just gotta remember who i am and how far i’ve come and I’ll be grand.

  10. I’m soo oo oo excited as 2010 is gonna be my year to shine with my art.. which I have been so passionate about since I was a little girl.I will do what it takes and not forgetting to work very very hard to be true to myself and achieve my ultimate goal which is to eat, drink, wear, think, dream, talk, create and live ART!I believe if I really want something so bad and totally believe in myself and how I can bring much joy and happiness around through my art.. it can be a magical experience…and I believe some bunny luck and magic will be a perfect reminder that dreams do come true! Thank you Gala Darling for coming into my life and inspiring me to make it out there with so much hope and love … and your friendship..from across the miles xoxoxo..

  11. My motto this year is a Thoreau quote from the front of a notebook I was given for Christmas several years ago – ‘Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you imagined’. In short, this year is about deciding to stop just living in the dreams, aspirations, ideas and crazy plans I’ve had for so long, and focusing on allowing them to begin to manifest.

It’s a year about accomplishing things, taking charge to make things happen (already I’ve enrolled in two art classes over the summer and started an internship!). But it’s also a year about, in short, living and growing. I’m all about making this year one to remember. I’ve decided to visualise this year as a fabulously exciting road trip – it’s about constantly growing and travelling towards a glittering Emerald-City-of-a-destination, but making sure that I’m enjoying every minute of the wonderful ride there.

  12. I’m most excited to expand my horizons and travel to places that I’ve never been to. I want to step outside of my safety zone and into the world, with no fences facing.
