  5. I love the one for the piercings and tattoos.

    When I was 12 I wanted to my uper ears pierced, but my Mom said no. So I went into the bathroom, grabbed a sowing needle and a cork and did it myself (NOT RECOMMENDED BTW!). A few years later I still have em’ and it’s all wonderful and fabulous. Lolz! I didn’t end up telling her till about 6 months later.

    It was not smart to do and I probably lost all hope for being able to get more for now by asking mom. : )

    Myparentsjoinedfacebook is hilarious. My mom didn’t join, she just logs into MY account (she memorized my random password once when I yelled it from upstairs instead of coming down to log in) but “only to look at your sister’s pictures….and your cousin’s pictures….and your other cousin’s pictures…

    facepalm At least I figured out why I was constantly getting logged out. haha.

    1) Letting me know other people have Marie Antoinette style obsessions
    2)Introducing me to classy porn
    3)Showing me that its OK to love purple (or pink) hair
    4)Keeping me focused on my underlying goal of an artistic carrer
    5)Reminding me what a cool city NY is
    6)Making me feel proud to love indie fashion and knee socks in a tropical climet
    7) and to prevent this from going on too long reminding me that there are lots of weird people just like me everywhere if I am willing to look and make myself available.

  21. Ah those poledancers are amazing, I love watching little snippets of their videos when I feel like I’ll never be able to pick myself off the studio floor and attempt anything new. Through all the bruises and sore muscles the thing that keeps me going is knowing one day I could pull off some of their stunts. :)
