OK, I’m getting a hulahoop right now.
I tried EFT for the first time today through that link, to try and fix my procrastination problem. I haven’t finished the essay I was focussing on although I do feel brighter and more motivated but more importantly it highlighted to me I have a lot of issues I really need to address.
It was weird, I was tapping and just started crying and I got this awful pressure headache in my temple for a few minutes.
Now I understand why you recommended water.
hehe, gotta love the singing zodiac. i used to have a record from the sixties of a man “rapping” over psychedelic music about the zodiac signs. i would invite friends over and we would listen to it in the dark, as the album cover suggested :)

i’ve seen christabel hoop before at decompression, she is awesome and sooo graceful!!! i think she is also a raw foodist. i used to check up on her blog (hoopgirl.com/blog) every now and then and sometimes she would post recipes for smoothies and hummus and stuff. :)

Hhahahahaha! I can’t believe you posted that swimming pool! I used to go to Algarrobo on summer when I was a kid;we had a cute little blue house on a hill. Those buildings are aweful, they block the view of the amazing beach there…but yeah, the pool is pretty cool. A very strange chilean achievment (Am I proud of being chilean for that? Don’t think so xD)
