    BTW Gala, thankyou for getting me into hula hooping. Yesterday I was at our local el-cheapo shop when I came across hoops. Me and my mates decided to try them for the sake of it-I’ve never been able to hula hoop…until yesterday. Im now officially addicted! You’re right, it’s so easy to become attatched!
    Gala, can I ask if its made your stomach muscles stronger/more toned?

  20. shells & jenny — I missed out on TiLT yesterday because I am going through an EPIC detox which makes me want to pay more attention to not throwing up/passing out than to iCiNG! It sucks, I’m hoping it will be over soon. In the meantime you can always post your lists here or on your own blogs or write them on the street in chalk! Love love & sorry to disappoint!

  21. McQueen is my end-all be-all designer. Honestly, seeing one of his dresses in person at the FIT Gothic exhibit was like a religious experience for me. I am definitely vibe-ing his Target collection & am so excited to pick up some pieces!!!

  22. hi, sorry to be the negative one here, but I read your recently twitter entry and you said you were getting really ill from raw “detox”. Goign vegan/raw again shouldn’t make you sick like that, its not like your giving up heroine. I think somethings wrong and you either ate something bad (chemicals on your vegs, uncooked=bacteria) or raw maybe isn’t for you. I could be wrong, but I’m just trying to help too.

    Do you own that pink ruffle Betsey Johnson dress in one of your banner pictures? If yes did you buy it new (or at some top secret vintage shop that is fraught with discontinued BJ dresses)? If no do you know the person that owns it?

    I’ve been looking for that dress up and down for ages! I found it on ebay once but someone beat me to it :( It was tragic.

    Anyway, if you could get back to me that would be fantastic!!!

  32. I’m sorry about your upping your MSM too quickly. I started taking it last week. If it’s not too personal, can you tell me how much you upped it by? I’ve been on 500 mg for the past six days, and I’m going to up to 1000 mg tomorrow.

    And I LOVE 1000 Awesome Things. It made me laugh out loud, it was so good!

  39. Man, the Zyprexa thing. I was on anti-psychotics/anti-depressants for so many years when I was younger because my parents didn’t know how to handle me and that’s what my doctor decided would work and I’ve got permanent nerve damage from it.

    I just wish a bigger deal would have been made out of it sooner. Now I actually have a condition where it would be legitimate for a doctor to prescribe something like that to me and I’m really dreading the possible dangers. Thank you for posting that.

    That whole mess is just sad. Evil pharmacutical companies!

    Line me up for the slaughter.

    And on a less negative note, the rest is awesome and I’m so glad I have internet access again and I can read your site regularly! At least there’s that! :)
