  8. zomg – I LOVE Linda Goodman! I think I read Sun Signs when I was about 15, I adore her honest, slightly whimsical (love the alice or peter pan quotes!) and personal writing style (RIP).

    To anyone reading this – you should TOTALLY read Sun Signs! It gives excellent insights into the myriad of personalities you’ll come across in your life.

    I was in a very bad car accident when I was 21 – we were on our way to a 21st birthday party and there was a copy of Linda Godmans sun signs in the car, a few beers (for my boyfriend at the time who we were to meet) and a wrapped pressie of two champagne glasses – I was taken to hospital by ambulance – the beer and the Sun Signs book were stolen by the tow-truck drivers …. I’ve ever forgotten it !!

  13. haha The Twitter Zodiac signs are so funny. I was just thinking that Capricorns are the least popular sign because we tend to be sometimes TOO grounded. A roommate once got mad at me because he said, “You’re too goddamned practical,” or something like that. Gonna have to come back later for the rest of the links. Work calls. :-p

  19. i use the maybelline mineral foundation and it really is one of the best foundations i’ve ever found. it blends flawlessly, it’s smooth and doesn’t cake or clog my pores, it’s so easy to apply too, i seriously can dab it on and blend in under a minute. it’s absolutely fabulous and i definitely recommend it!

  33. Derek Sivers re. goal setting made me seriously reassess the weight loss goal I have had for months and months and still haven’t done anything about.
    Saw a totally SEXY woman on the front of a magazine with beautiful beautiful curves, and as a bigger woman, I know that I can look like that if I try. So tomorrow I am starting my new ‘good goal’....called ‘KILLER CURVES!’
