Casual outfit, today! We took some cool birthday photos this afternoon (to be revealed tomorrow!) & I’m now dressed for cupcake collection (squeal!) & seeing my mother, she arrives from New Zealand in a couple of hours.

I wasn’t kidding when I said I <3 NY… The incredible Camille sent me this t-shirt at the beginning of the week & I have barely taken it off since then! (I have even been sleeping in it, shhhh…) & it seems appropriate, since this time last year I was arriving in New York for the very first time!

    sophie — I buy most of mine on Ebay but often the stuff that is going for not-a-lot is because it’s a “second”, meaning it has a flaw or is imperfect in some way. One of the rings I have is like that, the band on it has been welded at a slight angle so it doesn’t sit straight on your finger. Usually the flaws are so minor they don’t disclose it on Ebay but it’s within your rights to ask.
