Daily outfit, 17th February 2007.
I’m doing a kind of Jean Seberg thing with this new hair. This is what I wore to visit the Prahran Markets. (There is a place there called “Crabapple Bakery” which does the most amazing cupcakes I have ever tasted.)
Blue sunglasses from my friend Amanda
Black & white polka-dot scarf around my neck
Silk dress by Kate Sylvester
Yellow satin bow belt from World
Cowboy boots — I was going to wear heels, which looked much better, but knew I was going to be doing a lot of walking & the pair that went best aren’t the most comfortable!
Turquoise bag by Laurie Foon (worn to death, needs replacing!)
Don’t worry — I’m going to change into my International Dress-Up Day gear soon! Photos tomorrow! xx
Super-love & cupcakes,

Super Street Style or Why These People Look So Damn Good

I am loving that dress!!!
You know since discoveing your blog and reading it every day you have had an effect on the way i shop-i now think about colour more rather than reaching for the nearest black item….i think you may have inspired me..how about that!!!!
this overall look is one of my favourites i’ve seen on you! the hair looks amazing.
Joleeeeeeen — Thanks! I have had it for years but it gets very little wear. It used to make me feel really exposed for some reason. Should probably wear it more often!
Merci Mary! Yeah, I feel pretty cute but it is a big change from having pink hair. I wondered why people were staring — because I don’t have stand-out hair anymore — but then I remembered I had two half-sleeves! Hahah.
ou you got it back to platinum! that’s fantastic, did it take a lot ov bleaching?
Two lots of bleach + toner! It’s pretty damaged… but I like it.
Love the dress. Love the splash of yellow. Love it all. You are my style icon.
