Ok Gala, I have a serious question. Is there a too tall for high heels? I’m 21, in the fashion type industry.. (Hair.. yum!) And I have my own distinct and personal style. The thing is, I’m 5’11 and 1/2. So I’m almost 6 ft. Sigh… I love shoes, I like flats, but I like looking unique, and now a days flats are everywhere. I envy you shorties, so much. I absoultely LOVE heels. I would love to wear them everyday, it’s just when I do. I’m pretty much a monster, lol I’m usually around 6’3-6’4. I look like a giant twig with boobs. Now is it just confidence I must gain, and say Fuck it, I love heels and I will wear them? Or is there a too tall for heels, and I must just stay with the kitten heels and flats.
Please help out a fashion fanatic!
You’re hair is awesome! Could you perhaps give some hints as to how to created the look? It looks like I can’t just simply put some hairspray and push my bangs back (as I wish to re-create your look, if you don’t mind).
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i LOVE puffs!!! all that poofy hair is so rocknroll!! heh heh heh. i love it!! i do it sometimes but not too often cos my hair doesn’t work with hairspray, so i use wax or clay to make mine, so it’s a b*tch to wash out.

OKAY everybody, here’s my secret! I haven’t washed my hair in a couple of days, so it is pretty capable of standing up on its own. I grabbed the longest bit at the front, pulled it up & twirled it around. Then teased that whole section a bit. Not a lot, ‘cause there’s not a lot of hair, but I did my best. Then I grabbed my can of hairspray & I sprayed the hell out of it! That’s it, baby!
My boyfriend is constantly trying to get me to do my hair like that, but I’m a little chicken of having it stand up so high. You pull it off very well, and I may just have to try it sometime soon…
Also, pink hair + turquoise cardigan = AWESOME. I love those colours on you!

gasp my perfume of the moment is flowerbomb too!!! except i go back to my staples sometimes. i bought it from saks @ 5th ave and fell in love with the cutest gay boy who sold me the perfume. he gave me his number and said to call him for drinks. his name, as he wrote it, was caleb flowerbomb. i loved him. and how cute is that bottle!! he gave me this lovely fan that had tassles as well and i use it like crazy.
Aw gilda you’re so incredibly cute! Yes, it smells gorgeous. I don’t own it yet — my mother says she has a bottle of it which doesn’t dry down very well on her so I am going to try to get her to send it to me, hee hee! My staples are Lolita Lempicka midnight, Miss Dior Cherie & Demeter’s Birthday Cake. Love all of them very much. Have you had a whiff of Covet? I quite like it but it’s a bit sharper than I was expecting… Probably not something I will purchase. Sad because I had high hopes!
well steal it. haha. i bought the bigger bottle because the pump was sooo old-fashioned and gorgeous. my staples are usually lighter and fresher… i really love anna sui,and also maybe baby by benefit, which is perhaps not famous for their perfume but i like how it smells, and i love the name. <3 and i love chanel no5. how can anyone not. i save it for special occasions though. you mean ‘covet’ by sjp right? i had a whiff!! it wasn’t what i expected as well, although i thought the bottle was so cute. the ad for it looks fun though. i loved how she looked in her ‘lovely’ commercial but when i went to the stores to smell it, i made the worst face and pushed it away. i love sjp, but maybe it’s just not what i like, just not me. i decided it wasn’t lovely at all; not to me at least.
