oh! we discovered lenko entirely by accident last time we were in melb. were looking for donuts actually….
the shop was closed that day but we came back and i’m glad we did as i got my gorgeous red capelet (very riding hood now with my short red hair) and my bf got several tees

This is a little off topic, but…
I wrote to you a little bit ago, asking for make-up advice because I’m rather new to it. One of the suggestions you gave was to go to a make-up counter and ask questions and get all done up.
Well, I did! I was super-nervous, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The woman who was doing my make-up was a older, motherly woman. She was a lot of fun just to chat with as she taught me about what she was doing and what makeups went where, why you would use them and suchon soforth. She kept complimenting my skin (I’m very lucky in that I have rather soft and clear skin with an even tone.) and my eyelashes.
I came out with a really cute look, and with the knowledge of how to do it! Also, she gave me samples of moisturizer and eyeshadow. I was really pleased with it! I plan on coming back and taking her up on her offer of showing me how to do more complicated looks.
Thank you for the advice, Gala! It was a wonderful new experience that I may not have had the nerve (or thought!) to try if you hadn’t suggested it. :3

he he – it looks like you’re having so much fun.
ps: gala, take some pictures on the tram-po-linah. sometimes.
Your heart-shaped mirror ball is almost as fantastic as that sweater! hehe.
Gala
I love how classy-casual this look is! The pleated skirt, dancing shoes and petulant and oh-so-saucy sweater combo just blows my mind.
Plus, your hair matches the whole arrangement!
Dani Marie:
Congrads on summing up the courage to see the make-up artists at your local cosmetics counter! I can’t wait for you to tell us about the sassy new looks you’ll try out! :D
MUST.DISCO.UNDER.HEART-SHAPED.DISCO.BALL.
i love your boogie montage at the end, so swarve yet cute!
YES the print is ridiculously amusing! I saw heart-shaped mirror balls in the $2 shop last week and I thought of youuu. They were smaller (hand-sized) and had a heart-shaped hole in the middle. Not as glamtastic as yours, more cheapo-Xmas decorationy, but still worth a smile.
OMGSH! A heart-shaped mirror ball!!! i WANT one!!!!!!!
This outfit is so cute, especially the sweater. And that little procession of you at the bottom is super adorable! Dance, Gala, dance!
HaHa,
xx
HOW CUTE IS THAT MIRROR BALL! Hehe, sorry for the all caps – but wow! Super cute!
