Yay! I’m debuting my new dress from Ricochet. I LOVE it so much! When I spin it poofs out in a very charming fashion. All the more reason to spin!

I actually bought a few things from Ricochet (among other places), so no doubt you’ll get to see them over the next few days! It’s quite hilarious really, it was cold here, & then we went to Wellington & it was cold there too, so I did my winter shopping & now we’re back in Melbourne again & it’s HOT! I envisioned myself wearing this dress with something under or over it, but noooo… !

I’m wearing quite a lot of dirt, leaves and twigs – just been gardening. Gym pants, grey singlet, gorgeous Euinton crop cardi, pink earrings. I haven’t been gardening all day, so I am rocking a hybrid look. (Had a skirt on before.)

It was raining when I walked up to the post office today, so I was wearing my pink and green flower-patterned gumboots, pale skinny jeans, a white hoodie with “Shakespeare Hates Your Emo Poems” written across the front, and Ray Ban Wayfarers. I was also carrying a green handbag and a clear umbrella with a pink handle, pink edge, and pink Hello Kitty face on it!

You look scrumptious (or, SCRUMPTULESCENT!! what an awesome word!), as ever! Today I had a full day in le studio, painting messily on the floor. I wore a black 60s bell sleeve trapeze dress, a black waistcoat, burgundy crochet stockings I thrifted last week, black 70’s slouch boots, and a scarf knotted at my neck. I dressed according to, “hmm, what will I not be upset about if I get paint on it?”
Lo and behold, pthalo blue made its way onto my dress :( Oh well.

Other than that I had a very boring day today. Just my black cashmere sweater paired with a little black skirt,purple tights and mary-janes, I just didnt feeeeel like it. However I did rather back comb quite madly today so I had massive purple hair!

We did an interesting activity in my English class yesterday where we drew a little stick figure of ourselves and then analyzed how popular culture would stereotypically view us buy what we were wearing.
I was wearing a shirt that I had tye-dyed myself, straight leg jeans, my old torn up checkerboard vans and a pair of thrift store sunglasses. From these items the class assumed that I was a punk/hippie/uber-liberal who didn’t own a TV, earned $20K per year, was not religious, went to a community college and earned an AA in pottery.
I thought this was so interesting because this picture of me is way off the mark! Regardless of truth, clothes can speak quite loudly.

I am wearing dark dark purple diamond patterned tights, a purple bubble-skirt dress, a pink t-shirt-y top underneath, a lilac jumper and a thick black cardigan on top of that. It is quite cold. Oh and some lilac beads from the “Pretty Pretty Princess” game I had as a kid.

Ahh I’ve been wanting to wear a shirt over a dress recently, too, what a coincidence! Just this morning I rolled out of bed and put on a sky-blue Threadless t-shirt (called ‘I Hate Packing’ – a luggage case full of 3-D Tetris blocks that are fashioned into CLOTHES!) over my pale coral nightdress. Haha, being a busy student has made me crafty in the ways of “Not Dressing In The Morning!”
wearing skinny jeans, a lite blue sweater over a black tank top, a rhinestone padlock choker necklace and matching fake diamond 2g plugs in my ears. oh, and a black headband with white skulls in my hair.

Today I wore a new pair of shorts that I adore, they are white and grey striped with different lovely buttons on the pockets and waist. I wore them with some supersoft sheer tights which I only just bought today and then I got a ladder in them >_<

Wow, that dress is adorable! Today, I’m wearing my favorite black pants and a black t-shirt, which is decidedly boring, but in honor of Gerard Way’s birthday, I wore my black and white military jacket over it! Apart from clothing, as narcissistic as it may sound, I’m looking SMOKING HOT today. I found my magical eyeliner, and I hardly ever wear any, so I put some on this morning— and wow! Wearing it every day from now on. Despite some sickness issues, I’m feeling hot and confident recently!
