Polo, Darling?

You are invited to join me (& a whole lot of civilised folk) for the Veuve Clicquot Manhattan Polo Classic!
Ralph Lauren’s team, Blackwatch, is bringing polo to New York City — & it will be the first time polo has been played here in over 70 years! Nacho Figueras (amazing name!), the face of Polo Black, will be there, kicking horsey butt & swinging his big stick around… !
It all happens this Saturday, the 31st of May. The game starts at 3pm on Governors Island, & it’s easy to get there: free ferries run from Manhattan to Governors Island every 30 minutes. Once you arrive on the island, there will be signs to point you in the right direction!
There will be a huge grassed picnic area, as well as a Veuve Clicquot champagne bar, & I will be there with a blanket, some nosh & a colourful hat! Come & join me — be sure to bring some sandwiches, a camera & your best British accent!
