Develop a taste for gin & tonic.
Blow kisses to everyone — the bus driver, your manager, & people at the other end of the phone line. They will be equal parts charmed & caught off-guard!
Clean the house before you go to sleep tonight. Waking up to a tidy apartment makes me feel unbelievably good.
Buy & hang wind-chimes.
Practise your enunciation. Make an effort to pronounce every word clearly, rather than just running them together.
Declare one day a week “naked day” in your household. Our first one is on Friday. I suspect it will make the iCiNG Bowl much more interesting!

I worked in the bar for the Arts Festival last month and there was a group of women who told me I was their favourite bartender and made the best G&T in Melbourne.
That made me happy.
They then asked how long I’d been a bartender and I had to tell them, at that stage, two weeks. :)

Are you psychic? Right before I read this I had just cleaned up my room! It does feel nice to have a clean environment. I feel much less stressed. :)
Every day is a naked day in my apartment. It is quite lovely and liberating.

I would’ve blown the bus driver a kiss today, but he totally missed my stop! My little sister was rather distressed, so no love for him!
I’m liking the naked day idea…reminds me of Hamish & Andy’s “Pants off Fridays”! Teehee.

at the moment i’m just content with walking-around-in-bathers day…
:( I haven’t even had naked twenty minutes (except for showers) since I got to college. Never know when the roomies will walk in, and they aren’t so cool with nudity. Def one of the best parts of sleepaway camp was that we were chill about being naked around each other. Wish my roommates were like that.
If g&t is stylish then that makes me one hell of a stylin’ woman!

no one likes the gin, i always get wrinkled up noses when i say what i’m drinking, but now i don’t feel so alooone!
I’ll join you all for a g’n‘t. My favourite is Bombay Sapphire, with Schwepps original tonic, lots of ice, tall glass, straw and lime swiped around the rim of glass and squeezed into the glass. I’m not fussy about many things, but gin deserves a discerning drinker don’t you think?
Don’t expect we’ll be seeing an Outfit Of The Day shot on Friday then, huh? ;)

+ in my apartment every day seems to be naked day…which leads to me changing out of and into new outfits several times a day.

Gala, I’m going to confess something shameful here- I was taught to speak very well as a child and I read quite a bit so my vocabulary isn’t bad….
...but when I was mainstream- schooled in the 3rd grade, I purposefully began to speak “improperly” & use slang so I sounded less like a nerd. I distinctly remember making a conscious effort to sound like an ass. How sad.
I no longer care how I sound to people, but the habit persists. I still say “dude” far too often.
(I also say “rad” because I am cheesy, but that’s a whole separate issue.)
Can I have a soda water and tonic? ;)

wind chimes never fail to make me feel very lonely and small in a gigantic cold world. and/or creep me out. but being naked! whenever i’ve been at my parents for a few days i can’t wait to get home and strip down to my underwear.
Funny you should mention naked day… It’s something I instigated with my boy about 3 weeks ago… very fun… even if all you do is spend the day hanging out together in your room. Nakedness makes even the mundane interesting. Promise!
