don’t smoke, my dear! it’s such a tired punk cliche — not to mention incredibly ageing, and it stinks. once you reach the grand old age of 30 like moi, the difference in eye-wrinkles between my smoking and non-smoking friends is incredibly obvious. plus lots of little impressionable girls read this site. consider this a slap on the wrists from nanna here!
i love what you’re doing with this site though — you have inspired me to go through my wardrobe and wear all the things i don’t normally wear, to find out why not. invariably there is something i don’t like about them and i feel like i’ve been wearing hideous clothes for weeks. all for a good cause though, i am going to have a mammoth wardrobe edit just as soon as i get back from honeymoon (wedding a week tomorrow, blimey! i want to write to you about wedding dresses, i will in march sometime). i am really looking forward to having LESS clothes!
