Click on the confirmation email as soon as you get it. This will mean there’s no delay, and you’ll get your first Radical Self Love Letter tomorrow!
Be sure to add gala@galadarling.com to your Contacts list. Otherwise, there’s a chance my emails will go directly to Spam or Trash… And that would be a shame!
Use your email system to mark my emails with a little star, or file them in a special folder. That way, if you’re ever feeling sad or need a boost, you’ll be able to find them again easily, and give yourself a little heartbump!
