Learning to love yourself — while wonderful — can feel a little lonely. Your friends don’t always “get it”, and your family can be downright hostile to the idea. You can feel disconnected: now that you’re not looking for validation in a bottle or a notch on the bedpost, what are you supposed to do with your time? And it can be confusing, too: once you’ve taken those first few steps, what do you do next?

You’re not the only one asking yourself these questions… And I have answers.

What if I told you that you’re surrounded by a magical network of babes like you, but you just haven’t met them yet? What if I told you that the old story you tell yourself is exactly that: a story? And what if I told you that your entire spirit is lit up with potential, and that you can create the kind of life you’ve always dreamed about? All of this is true, and all of it starts with radical self love.

I’m delighted to invite you to take part in a Radical Self Love Salon. You’ll be part of a small, intimate group, in a supportive space designed specifically to help you fall in love with yourself… And to start taking action on all those big dreams you have!

Radical Self Love Salons are transformative events. Expect to have your illusions challenged, to learn some incredible techniques that you can use immediately to bust through sadness and increase your bliss, and to leave with a brand new appreciation of your own infinite brilliance.

On the agenda: A radical self love talk, plus activities and break-out sessions / An open Q&A session / And a very special radical self love ritual! Plus a radical self love tote bag containing a notebook and some wonderful goodies!

We’ll start off by talking through the whole concept of radical self love. What does it mean to love yourself, and what does it look like in your daily life? How do you break out of the drudgery of your everyday existence to grab life by the lapels? In addition to speaking about my own experiences, we’ll discuss some of the more common struggles I’ve seen, and I’ll teach you my favourite methods for pushing on through.

Next, we’ll move onto a selection of activities, break-out sessions, and space to explore what radical self love means for you personally!

In the Q&A session, I’ll be answering any questions you might have. Bring me your most bamboozling brain-teasers! If it’s a problem for you, it’s a problem for someone else in the room. If you’re having trouble finding support, learning to love your body, embracing the magic of life or taking risks, I’m here to help.

Finally, you’ll be taken through a radical self love ritual, which will leave you feeling transformed and energised. (You’ll be finding rose petals for days afterwards!)

About your host: Gala Darling is a writer, speaker and magic-maker, dedicated to showing women the bad-assery of happiness. She spent years spent battling depression and an eating disorder, before kicking them to the curb at age 23. Gala’s ultimate goal is to hold up a mirror and show women how truly beautiful they are, how magical the world is, and how we are never victims of our circumstances, only of our thinking.

More details: Radical Self Love Salon is all ages and all sexes!  Space is STRICTLY LIMITED, and tickets are first come, first served.  Dress code: Sunday best. This is a celebration!  There are no refunds, though ticket transfers are allowed.
