Love according to children. Hagebutten is like a professional internet scavenger, always unearthing untold treasures! I think my favourites are…

“Love is when you tell a guy you like his shirt, then he wears it everyday.” – Noelle, age 7

“Love is like a little old woman and a little old man who are still friends even after they know each other so well.” – Tommy, age 6

“Love is when Mommy sees Daddy smelly and sweaty and still says he is handsomer than Brad Pitt.” – Chris, age 7

“When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn’t bend over and paint her toenails anymore. So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too. That’s love.” – Rebecca, age 8

“When you love somebody, your eyelashes go up and down and little stars come out of you.” – Karen, age 7

Tim Walker + Lily Donaldson = a good time.

Eight successful people grateful they got canned from CNN.

John Gilbert’s Destiny Machine sounds pretty good.

“The Destiny Machine allowed visitors to alter their horoscope. By diverting the influence of their ruling planet to match that of a different planet they could claim the horoscope of a different star sign. Alternatively they could cancel out the influence of their ruling planet altogether to take charge of their own destiny. Some used it merely to reinforce their ruling planets effect.”

Georgette sent me this link & I love her for it: Making Latex Clothing is a blog about pedigree puppies! Nawww, just kidding, it’s a blog about — you guessed it — making latex clothing! Including a mad cute bow headband & latex leggings. Yay! Go forth & prosper!

Marie, aka Agent Lover, put together this Valentine’s Day Hump Mix featuring the favourite sex songs of a whole bunch of people, like Violet Blue, James St James, & even… me!

My friend (okay, he’s probably not actually my friend, we have only met once; he is nice though) wrote this piece for the New York Post: A Guy’s Take On ‘He’s Just Not That Into You’, & of course, he’s on point. I’m allowed to like a movie but not agree with its message, right?!

President’s Day Cupcake Mosaic. Holy shit. My jaw dropped when I saw this.

How The Crash Will Reshape America from The Atlantic. It’s long (6 pages) but the summary is basically: creative people will come out on top. Sweet!

Small Idea. Big Impact. (Less Mess.) Amazing. Even funnier is that my friend sent me this link the day after I’d been reading The Guide To Getting It On, which mentions how men loooove to aim for things in the bowl.

From the link above, I found the Nudge blog which is about behavioural nudging, & it is awesome.

the scribble project is neat. I wish I could draw! Alas, I cannot.

There’s a new mix by Millions Billions & Tendercakes. I think it goes without saying that you should download it. Doesn’t it?!

PONY&ZUCKER is the joint blog of two exceptionally cute, creative girls. From Germany. I think. I don’t know! They make zines & do cool art projects.

I found Lisa Currie through them, too. I love her good vibe notes! I’m going to print a bunch out & start giving them to my friends.

I think Rachel Gibson’s Fur Coat, No Knickers is my new favourite fashion blog. I’m not feeling most fashion blogs at the moment, & in fact, have pretty much stopped reading them. Rachel does it right — she covers all the interesting stuff, with no boring bits, good pictures & a sense of humour. Mad props girl. For example, she featured this Marchesa dress which has two unicorns on it. Not to mention these Chanel paper headdresses. Aaaaaaamazing.

Here are my favourite things from Zoomdoggle in the last week or so. Live In A Cave (Ebay Alert). So cool! Playing With Brainwaves. !!! New Sport Alert: Running From Cameras, hahah. & finally. MICHAEL JACKSON IS SELLING PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING HE OWNS. Details here. Dear god. That painting of Albert Einstein wearing the King of Pop’s sunglasses & glove is almost the best thing I’ve ever seen. Nubby, maybe we should pool our life-savings & buy some gear to decorate our bachelorette pad!

Uh Huh Her’s guide to Los AngelesHere’s part 2!

Hoop magic at Cirque du Soleil. Thanks Frank!

Soviet Army = first breakdancers.

MAC Cosmetics Hello Kitty. Yum.

If you haven’t seen Joaquin Phoenix on Lettermanyet, you definitely should. So awesome.
