<3 Black dress (gift from Audrey — mwah!)
<3 Turquoise monster-head brooch (also a gift from Audrey — double mwah!)
<3 Turquoise sparkly scarf, worn as belt
<3 Turquoise fishnet stockings
<3 Black legwarmers from American Apparel
<3 New Rock platform boots (just had them fixed!)
<3 Pearls, crystal bracelet & turquoise polka-dot bracelet on wrists

Daily outfit

The weather is nuts today! Think I will have to throw on my turquoise coat when I leave the house later…

  11. Awesome! Especially love the fishnets, which give a more subtle dose of colour. My sister and I used to design outfits like this when we were kids, where everything was strictly two-tone – you just need turquoise eyeshadow!

  51. Aw, you’re all so lovely! Dressing in black with one accent colour is totally “my style”, it’s what comes easiest to me & is how I am most comfortable dressing. But I don’t do it a lot these days because I feel like it is important to try new styles etc. etc.

    nana — The weather in Melbourne is amazing pretty much all the time, but I only tend to comment on it when it surprises me. (We have very strange weather, incredibly changeable.) ;D

  53. Kelsey — I do! But it’s more of a baby turquoise, whereas all the shades in my outfit were vibrant! Also, once I left the house & walked around, even though it was raining, it was also really warm & humid. Bad!
