This outfit’s alternate working title is how to go from the height of summer to the bowels of winter in 20 hours! On the 27th of July, I wore the bulk of this outfit — the slip, stockings & boots — like this. Here’s how I warmed it up.

I believe that this is the ideal outfit for drinking an enormous soy hot chocolate. Which is exactly what I did.

EEeeek I have that belt! Though, I don’t have any really cute sweaters or what not to wear with it. Damn. cute look!
You’ve inspired me to get extensions when my hair is long enough and I have enough money saved…you’ll have to tell me where you get your hair done once you’re in the States, because I don’t think I’m going to be able to afford the flight to Oz and $600 worth of extensions…
My fashion sense has matured a little more recently- this is perfectly my taste.
Also- Tarina Tarantino should definitely marry me. Her collection for Hello Kitty is yummy!

you look…perfect. Honestly. Most of the time my personal style is quite different from yours (think hippie-chic with bohemian anarchist influences), but I would wear this in a second. Amazing. You pull it off with panache as well.
Drastic change totally calls for dancing and drinking soy hot chocolate! The rings look like they match your hair, which seems to go with everything.

One time I was trying on this really cute dress (girls size 14) in the fitting room and TOTALLY GOT STUCK. I mean, there was no way I was getting out of it without ripping it apart… or a shoulder dislocation! Oh the fear, the shame of discovery!!! Hahaha!
After 5 horrible minutes of torture, I finally managed to contort out of it – and came out of the fitting room sweaty, red-faced, pissed – and, surprisingly, relieved. That’s my story for today. :)

Winter. Sigh. I moved to Portland from LA and I am waiting patiently for winter to come. When summer started, people at the coffee shop were complaining about the hot weather (thats what Portlanders do…always complaining about the weather) and someone said “Don’t worry, Winter is only 3 months away.” BRILLIANT.
Winter outfits are far superior. Layering. Heavenly coats from high end boutiques that I can’t afford. Boots. Sigh…Can’t wait!!!
