Happy Birthday, iCiNG!

WOW! iCiNG is two years old today! I made a silly video to celebrate…

Thank you for being so magnificent. Really, I mean it.

This year has been a major one for me. So much has happened to me in all realms of my life, in terms of my career, love life, travel & emotional growth. It was a true roller-coaster ride, but I want to thank you for sticking with me & understanding as I went through these changes. Sometimes it’s really hard to live your life so publicly, especially when you’re rigorously overhauling your entire existence! I have received so much love & support from you guys, & for that, I can never thank you enough.

Running iCiNG & writing for all of you is one of my great joys. It fills me with delight absolutely every day, & I want to thank you for allowing me to do that — for encouraging me to live loudly, take risks & be the best I can. I really appreciate it.

Thank you.

    I remember before we met thinking you were too good to be true – and you turned out to be a normal human, who happens to display her awesome gifts to fabulous advantage. When I think about what you mean to me, it’s that you are a symbol that dreams can come true.

    In a ballet class last week, I was wearing my ‘cupcake eater’ tank, and one of the 7-yr-olds asked me, “Is that a fairy?” I guess in a way you are! But what I said to her was, “It’s my friend.”

    I originally discovered this site while trying to figure out what to do with my short hair.     I’ve been reading since August 07 which was a totally crazy and self-growth time for me. At that moment i was:: truly taking major steps to recover from my eating disorder (doing great now! :)) ), stopped dressing like a NYC/Harajuku inspired glitter club kid and was forming a new yet very Sammy-fied look for myself, and i justtttt finished dating a total Nick Cave look-a-like that came from a veryvery old family of original kabbalahists who was totally obsessed wiv da starzz.

    Needless to say, iCiNG seemed like a god send and i quickly became addicted. :O)
