Purple Hair

Last night I had a fringe (bangs) cut. This morning I dyed my hair purple. (I only used Fudge because I wasn’t convinced I would want it this colour for long, & I think I was right.) I feel like I look very young.

i like it! i had purple hair myself not too long ago, but a different purple. i think the color was plum-wine. i loved it!! this purple looks pretty good on you! i wish i had blue eyes. i’d just cut my hair short and got rid of all the dry hair, in preparation of a major color job! so yeah let’s all go crazy dying our hairs! :)
ooooh you cut a fringe! yay! cuuuuuuuuute! and that’s a really cute purple, not too goth at all. i think it’ll look really cute when it fades a bit, but then again i’m a sucker for pastel shades (zomg)
i’ve had a blunt fringe since i was 12 and am for some weird reason growing it out – i feel it’s about time.
I like the purple hair and new cut, though maybe a darker purple would suit you more…? Fudge has some interesting purple shades, and Raspberry Beret is kinda a dark margenta, more leaning on the pinkish side than purple. If it was any lighter it’d remind me of a nanny blue rinse :P

I did the fire engine red hair back when i finished high school and it lasted for six months. I really love my genuine raven hair though. Sometimes I get asked whether it’s my natural color which is a bit confusing, does that mean it doesn’t look natural to other people?!

I have never dyed my hair because it is very long and curly and blonde and I like it that way.
However when my hair goes white I plan on being the worlds most awesome granny!!
Or maybe before if I get bored one day…

Punky Color makes awesome blues. Atlantic blue especially, it NEVER comes out. SO if you do go for blue, try that one!

Wow! This would have to be the most awesome thing I’ve seen all day. Purple is my favourite colour. I’ve always wanted to dye my hair purple but so far I haven’t been brave enough. My hair is naturally dark brown so any kind of awesome dying would require me to bleach the hell out of it first. I don’t know if its possible to do that without completely destroying my hair – any tips?

Hello dearie – been away for Queen’s Birthday Weekend. LOVE the cut! So so so much! And the colour is pretty cool too – my brother-in-law had fudge purple hair about 10 years ago . . . good times.
What colour from Fudge have you used? Is it mixed with a base? I am atempting to steal this look:-)
