  11. Kitty – You can’t find another (dyed or naturally) neon-colored flower to go with your hair? I’m thinking about the randomly dyed daisies that I see in my local supermarkets all the time.

  21. Oooh the flowers in Paris are fantastic, when we went there on our honeymoon I took a billion photos out the front of a florist, they are so vivid and pretty! Over here most bunches of flowers you see are either ugly native or half dead!
    By the way Gala, If you are ever planning to travel to Perth, Australia, I recommend next April :P I am throwing a fantastic birthday do in a park through pure jealousy of not being able to attend your nuptials…the name says it all- Cupcake Extravanganza ’09!

  41. well it’s not my hair, but i bought red carnations (i love carnations, i don’t care what anyone says!) to complement my dress. as i was buying them an older gentleman asked me why i was buying myself flowers when every man i knew should be buying them for me. LOL. made my day!

  44. Wonderfull idea to start my morning. I’m cleaning my room for over two weeks now, its actually not cleaning but more getting rid of lots and lots of stuff. (Emotional Baggage) but i’m almost finished and now i know what to get myself for accomplishing it :) FLOWERS!!

  47. hoohoo… that’s great! i had a dream last night i was bleaching my hair, hoping it would become blonde… but i was just sitting there waiting for the bleach to take.

    since that didn’t really happen, i think i’ll go for a bunch of yellow leaves, because brown and yellow go so well.

  54. Yum pink hair. I wish I could have pink hair. My mum was gonna let me dye the tips of my black hair pink (after going through the bleach extravaganza of course) but we got a new principal at out school and unnatural hair is banned. Makes me sad I can’t have pink hair :(

    Beautiful flowers! I have horrible hayfever and we can’t have flowers in the house unfortunately, but I’ll go and admire my colour in Tesco :D!

    I’ve been reading your blogs for a couple of weeks, and I really love the way you’ve taken your life and hobbies and made an interesting, successful and popular blog! You are truly an inspiration to budding writers and aspiring bloggers like myself.
    On that note…
    I’m trying to start a fashion blog-as I love everything there is about fashion-although I’m realizing now how much is encompassed by the term and genre of “fashion” that I don’t really know where to begin. I’ve also been trying to go for internships in fashion writing and have been told time and time again that I needed to start a blog in order to stake out my place in the fashion writing world. So, here I am, a bit clueless, but excited to begin-and I was wondering if you have any tips about what I need to do to get things going a bit, to give myself a jumpstart!
