The end of the year is well and truly at hand. I have a 7 foot tall white Christmas tree covered in rainbow ornaments standing proudly in the corner of my living room, and I’m beside myself with excitement for my best friend to arrive from New Zealand! I hope you’re feeling happy about the end of the year too.

Since it’s December, many of us are in full-blown appraisal mode, thinking about what worked, what didn’t, and who we’d like to be as we move into a brand new year. I always end up diddling around with silly surveys, but I rarely find good ones, so I decided to create my own! But this one has a twist: since it’s often more fun to answer questions with photos rather than words, this survey is purely visual.
