1. Ganache for Lips in Chocolate Hazelnut flavour. “The only lip balm containing real Scharffen Berger chocolate!” I am very impressed by the ingredients list: sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, beeswax, shea butter, unsweetened Scharffen Berger chocolate, vitamin e, hazelnut extract, cocoa extract, rosemary extract. That is some natural sheeit.

2. Flavigny rose pastilles. They are anise seeds coated in flavoured sugar syrup — in this case, rose. Oh my god, delicious.

3. Smith’s Rosebud Salve. I have been looking for this all over the place but for some reason, I can’t find it in Melbourne. Thankfully I found it for next-to-nothing on Ebay. Some people think it is just vaseline in a nicer tin, but I hear it is good for cuticles, break-outs, dry patches of skin, etc. Here’s hoping!

4. Perfumeria Gal Colorette rouge in rose (aka “ballerina pink”). I bought this absolutely on a whim, thinking it would probably be average — I really just liked the tin. (How could you NOT like that tin?! Never underestimate the importance of good presentation!) However, my sleuth-like snooping has uncovered (thank you, makeupalley.com) that this product scores an average of 4.8 out of 5 (& those girls are hard to impress), with everyone raving about the colour, staying power & general quality of the rouge. Woohoo! I have needed some rouge for a long time. I have some in a cream form from M.A.C., but I don’t like applying it that way & the colour is too light & glossy for it to look right on me. I think I may have struck gold — I will let you know.
5. A string of pearls.
