My friends have been asking me to make an online dating class for a really long time. (What am I?! The queen of Tinder?! …Oh, okay.) We’ve spent hours discussing it: how to take a delicious profile picture, how to describe yourself in a way that doesn’t feel cheesy or inauthentic, how to make scintillating conversation via text message. There is an art to all of this!

But the more that I thought about it, the more it became clear to me that it’s not just about a great profile photo or a witty, mysterious description.

The most important thing is having the right ENERGY behind what you’re doing. What are your beliefs? What are your intentions? Are you already feeling abundant in your life… Or are you hoping a relationship will make you whole?

After all, manifesting is not about attracting what you want. It is about attracting what you are.

Because I have a theory.

When I ask you, ‘How do you feel about online dating?’, perhaps a better question would be, ‘How do you feel about your most recent relationship?’ You see, to me, there‘s a direct correlation. We bring those old feelings — whether good or bad — into our approach to dating.
