Things I Love Thursday: The City By The Bay…

Last week’s big event was my whirlwind trip to the West Coast. I spent last Thursday, Friday & Saturday in San Francisco, & had an incredible time. I was invited out with 25 other bloggers (!!!) to celebrate the re-launch of Art.com, & boy, did they treat us good! We had a blast, & it was so cool to hang out, giggle & scheme with new people, like Bri of Designlovefest, Victoria of SF Girl By Bay, the two Jordans from Ramshackle Glam & Oh Happy Day, Cass from Coco + Kelley, Taylor of Glitter Guide & the girls from Honestly WTF!

We ended up with a couple of hours free on Friday afternoon, so Jordan & I power-walked up Market Street to check out the Betsey Johnson closing down sale. (Sad face!) On the way out, though, we made a serendipitous stop at Juicy Couture. We met Natalia, a super-babe who reads the site, & she dressed us up & decked us out like nobody’s business! We even took a moment to snap this picture in the hot pink changing rooms. Fabulous!

Things I Love ThursdayThe first photo I Instagrammed from San Francisco… I was on a mission for Bluebottle coffee! Also, these macarons were delicious.

Things I Love ThursdayA scene from Saturday morning, & some baubles. From top to bottom: J. Crew, Frieda & Nellie, Juicy Couture.

Things I Love ThursdayIt was cold in San Francisco! To dinner, I wore a blue pleated metallic leather skirt from TopShop — I call it my “intergalactic cheerleader skirt” — & a pink cashmere sweater from J. Crew. I really liked this G sign, too.

Things I Love ThursdayMy placecard from a clandestine dinner party at Bluxome Street Winery! (It was spectacular!) Also, admiring my alice + olivia shoes.

I have so many things in my head right now: lots of ideas about this website, how to optimise my business, & getting some laser-sharp clarity on what my next steps are. That’s not all, either… I also want to totally re-do our living room, which is a MAJOR task! I’m definitely going to have to start scheduling my time better!

It’s gonna be a big, big summer…
