Wonderland Session #15: Your Sacred Morning Practice
For the past few months, I’ve been experimenting with a Sacred Morning Practice. In the beginning, it was just gratitude. Then it was gratitude plus listening to a lecture. Then I tried adding in different breathing and visualisation.
It has been a really fun exploration, but after all that time trying new things, I am even more excited to have created a practice that feels good and REALLY WORKS.
